Responsibilities
• Trade and optimize our intraday power portfolio across Europe – in auctions and continuous intraday markets during European evening and night hours.
• Use in-house forecasts, signals, and models to identify trading opportunities and assess risk/reward
• Proven success working with large data sets and developing statistical models.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing quantitative models and tools to ensure accuracy
and effectiveness.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in European Power trading or a related field.
• Previous experience of European Power market fundamental analysis.
• Understanding of flow-based market coupling and European inter-connector flow.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Entrepreneur in nature.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, positive attitude and well-organized.
• You’ll have completed your degree in Economics, Finance, Math or Engineering.
• Reliable and predictable availability.
